Solution: Replace exhaust manifold with turbo manifold, hook up the turbo and the intercooler, that simple, ask Speedfoos.

I'd still check the VTEC orb, though.

Re: engine noises?

camshaft gremlin thats ****.

Off topic, anyone know where to get a D17A2 exhaust (weld) flange? If not,
1) Would anyone else want them if I started making them,
2) Should primaries be stock bore, if not, how much bigger?
3) What alloy would be middle ground on the price / durability ratio? Im thinking 304.

Im getting pretty good at welding stainless now, so sooner or later I hope to make me own turbo mani.

Part 2:
Im learning to work with microcontrollers & **** like that...if anyone knows anything about D17 ECU reverse-engineering or whatnot, I'd like in on it, might be able to help. Id love to shitcan this eManage right now. I hates it.

Re: engine noises?

Yeah not at all....you don't know who might actually be following that advice and now it would be your fault that their engine is thrashed. Keep that in mind...some people think there are gerbals running around in there keeping the damn car going and get confused when the power rating is in horses instead of rodents.
