wow...you joined 2 years ago and you only have 11 posts?
anyway, come on guys, i think it's a legitimate question. i personally don't know, but i figured a fog light switch or some other pushbutton or toggle switch goes there. no idea what it could be though cause my sunroof and cruise controls are over by the door above the change tray...put whatever you want there.

I put my foglight switch there. When i wired everything up, it was easier to just put it there rather than use the other spot near my change holder is....

i think you people are retarded...04-05 not 01. one has 2 spots for switches by the center console(04-05) and the other has one(01). one is for fogs the other is for??? i have no idea... probably heated seats like the other guy suggested...im still trying to find a use for it...just so i can get another switch n fill the space

yea its for all wheel drive
either that or its for the transform button, i put mine there, just the flip of a switch and im optimus prime, it was some tough wiring

i used one of my slots for my ipod adapter it runs through there up to the back of the head unit so the wires are hidden and when im not using it, it just gets pushed into the slot and sits there. its actually pretty tight.

i have no idea what honda's reasoning for putting two there was. is the same piece used in the canadian acura version of the civic or something?? that may have heated seats. I used one for my switch for my fogs, and the other is the switch that installed for the block of 3 outlets i use for my laptop, fm transmitter, etc. while my radar dectector is plugged into my stock outlet.
