good job.
so you didnt lay down some fiberglass on the door panels? is it as easy as pealing off the fabric and spray painting it with the paint? no sanding?
sorry for all the questions, but i'd like to do this too. where did you pick up the paint, can you get it at any autoparts store?
thanks!

-Remove door panels
-Remove handles/armrest
-Remove Cloth
-Sand with 100 grit sandpaper, then sand with 220 to get the glue off
-Mask entire door w/paper and masking tape
-Blow off dust and crap with air
-Wipe down surface with wax and grease remover
(I used an HVLP gun and an air compressor to paint.)
-Paint entire surface with primer (follow manufacturers specs.)
-Let dry ( I waited 24 hours)
-Wetsand primer with 400 grit & soft rubber block
-Blow off dust and crap with air
-Wipe down surface with wax and grease remover
-Paint one coat of single stage paint
-Wait 15 minutes and paint another coat
-Let dry install everything back together and BAM!

I was thinkin about doin this with mine. Will they look like **** if i just do them in like 3-5 coats of krylon fusion silver??? Wut if i layed down a thin coat of fiberglass would that be better. I dont know much about fiberglass wut would i have to do??? Could i just lay down a coat of auto body filler and sand it down then paint it with krylon fusion silver?

man all u have to do is rip the fabric off.. clean it real good u know take off the glue and what not.... do some sanding, primer, paint with krylon as many coats as you want and clear since your using krylon he did not have to use a clear coat cause of the paint he had but look through the thread he pretty much explained all steps
Re: My new custom door panels. *More Pix*
na u shouldnt have to as long as you do good prep work on it,,, i used krylon fuzion and it works good as long as you do good prep work and a good sanding for the paint to stick on

If you use automotive paint, the situation changes. When you decide what you want to do, you can PM me with the info, and I'll tell you which to go with.

OK! Send them on over! Although truthfully I don't think that it would be a good investment, shipping to and from, plus paying me and buying paint....Hm you can do it! Have faith in yourself! YAY!
