How much of a drop?

Hey guys I just want some opinions on how much should I drop my civic if the rims I have on it is 17x7....

Get low, boost. Thoes cars look good slammered to the ground- trade off is how much scraping you wanna do. Going with fully adjustable coilovers would allow you to find the right height for you, and one that works visually.

Yeah my buddy just bought lower springs and dropped his mazda like 1.7" an it looks nice but I want to lower with no wheel rub cuz im going for the race look not the show car look u know?
