Keep the rear wing or lose it?
Thanks to nugget's suggestion, he's got me thinking about losing the wing on my Civic. I did a quick chop which shows what it would look like, and I gotta admit it looks pretty schmick without it.
What should I do, keep it or lose it?

Lose it...looks alot better without it...but im not into wings...so, others may think differently...just my 2 cents

lose it. It makes it look a lot cleaner. Also, if you could drop it lower then it would look pretty nice. Still a tad high. Those gen civic looks good really low.

^^ holes suck, keep it- it looks fine, its not rediculous. If I remember, thoes have LEDs in it, so if any of the leds are out, i'd think about loosing it, but if nothings wrong with it, it adds a little flare to the ride-- plus you'll look really stupid with holes in your trunk.

hmm tough decision i like it both ways but i am def leaning towards without but like ^ they said the wholes def are gonna suck but if ya keep it hell at least it looks good and isn't one of those 4 ft high aluminum things that u always see near ghetto areas(well at least around here) lol dunno man ur choice both ways are clean

I too prefer it without . . . but just a little bit. I was seriously hoping to open this thread and find an aluminum and carbon fiber monster sitting on your trunk so then we could all laugh and guffaw at it.

The stock wing looks good. Seperates you from mom and dad driving a civic.
Also, like others said, if you take it off, you will have some holes in your trunk and that would look really silly.

Pretty mixed bag of responses, everyone, probably about 50/50 in favor either way. :P
Yeah, if it's removed it'll leave holes which will need to be patched up by a panel shop and resprayed...and that will cost $$$. Pros and cons for both, really.

those gen civics look so ****in clean without a wing, but it looks pretty dope with one. if you get rid of it, you'd have to get a new trunk, or fill the holes
