so i'm driving along minding my own business when this truck, in the lane to the LEFT of mine, decides he wants to turn RIGHT. So he proceeds to slow down and dart across my lane, in front of me, and go for it. Well it didn't work. I slammed my brakes and slid and rammed his ****. He gets out and he's like "oh i'm sorry this, sorry that. but hey, you have a nice car bro..."
so needless to say i'm quite rattled. here's the damage

yea i got a police report. i'm not sure if i want to just get a cheque or to go the insurance route just yet. also can't really see in the pic but both my front rims are scratched to ****. one from the curb and one from his truck
