so i'm driving along minding my own business when this truck, in the lane to the LEFT of mine, decides he wants to turn RIGHT. So he proceeds to slow down and dart across my lane, in front of me, and go for it. Well it didn't work. I slammed my brakes and slid and rammed his shit. He gets out and he's like "oh i'm sorry this, sorry that. but hey, you have a nice car bro..."
so needless to say i'm quite rattled. here's the damage

Damn that sucks. Did you get a police report saying that it was his fault? That way you're covered. Someone hit me the other day, yeah I know the feeling, it sucks :( .

yea i got a police report. i'm not sure if i want to just get a cheque or to go the insurance route just yet. also can't really see in the pic but both my front rims are scratched to shit. one from the curb and one from his truck

that same senario happened to me about 10 days after i bought mine...good luck with the repairs :tup:
