Here's all the noticeable differences I can think of.

2001 has open cup holders. Covered pocket next to e-brake, armrest, and rear cup holder on EX only.
2002 has redesigned covered cup holders. Covered pocket next to e-brake, armrest, and rear cup holder on EX only.
2003-2005 has redesigned center console with built in armrest. Also comes with redesigned gauges.

Rear seats on the sedan also vary from 2001-2005...mainly rear seat headrests.
Hybrids don't have rear folding seats.
Interior colors and fabric patterns also vary between coupe/sedan and trim level and year.

you are able to swap gauges

BUT...

the pin-outs need to be re-done, and you cannot adjust the mileage on the odometer.

Can anything be done to the PRND12 lights in an automatic cluster? I have an 05 DX and the automatic clusters are so much cheaper on ebay. I was thinking maybe putting led's behind them for a shift light if possible. Has anyone tried this?

Seat patterns are dependent on year and trim level.

Maybe I'll start a new thread and have everyone pitch in with pictures/descriptions so we can have something for the archives.

i also believe the top center light is different (or mabee its diff for auto vs. manual only? cuz my friends 03 doesnt look like this):


btw, those are superstar leds... 1watt 6 diode LED...the brightest 164 led you will ever find.

they are ok..but still pricey....

they do not carry suerstar LEDs though.... they only have teh 6 cluster and the 5-matrix leds...

superstar leds are WAYY WAYY brighter than those that ledautomotive.com has to offer...


dont get my wrong, i did buy from them a few times, and the service (nate) is awesome =]

get it from the seller jp_warden or soemthign....im in class rite now so i cant look it up...gota keep taking notes...and whoring on 7thgencivic...haha

^^^hey i got my LEDs from warden_jp too! I have bought from him like 4 times already. Great seller, one time my LEDs got lost in the mail and he just sent me another set, no trouble at all.

Hey mang I'm loving the Pioner Double Din Navigation unit you got. By the way, when power it down or turn off your car does the faceplate hide itself or slide behind something? I just wouldnt want fools looking into my car at my stereo.

Also too, how much was it? I've seen those pioneer units on EBAY for about $700.00.

If it means anything to you, i just used and 04 dash, 02 center console, 04 rear deck, 05 interior qaurter pannels and yeah.. there all the same.

the P R N lights wes u can. there allready leds just hook up ground to the pin and they light. the D D3 2 1 lights are networked controled so would be usless in a manual car. also the D light may blink as it dosnt have a auto computer to talk to.
