ok here's the deal. i have leather kit on my civic but never had the chance to install it. i was going thru my closet and it dawned on me that i had this kit for like 2 or 3 years and it's just sitting there. now bear in mind that i had seat covers on my car the first week i bought it and stayed ever since. now last night i took off the seatcovers and i liked what i saw. my car is 5 years old and not a drop of stain on that badboy . that's for those who make fun of my seatcovers... haha. now, my question is should i get the leather kit installed now? it will cost me $1000-$1200 if i get a new kit and labor (+ 2 yr. warranty) or $750-800 labor (no warranty) cuz i already got the kit... give me yall input...

btw: instead of leather in my car, are there any other suggestions yall can give me to spend 700- 1200 wisely? im thinking about just spending it on sofa set, LCD tv, computer, and ******. haha well maybe not that last one.

I'd skip the leather, unless you intend to keep the car for a lot longer. I'd either save it for a down payment on your next car, or buy stuff for home. Or, if you are gonna have the car for a while longer, maybe you put all that money toward performance mods, turbo, etc. Combined with what you'd get from selling the kid you already have, that would be decent sum of cash. You could prolly get seats outta an RSX for less than what it would cost to install your kit, btw.
