here is my first car 2001 honda civic ex. im 16 and got it about 4 days ago. i am still learning how to drive it since it is manual but so far so good. only mods are aem short ram intake and the altezza tails. and no i dont know why there is a type r badge on it, it came like that.

let it sit the sun for awhile! Peel it off! And get some Goo Gone at pepboys or something!

hair dryer or heat gun to warm up the goo under it, use a credit card, fishing line or dental floss and slide it behind the emblem until it comes off than use some goo gone to get the residue from the sticky stuff off

Goo Gone or some kinda of adhesive remover that is car paint safe.

u can get 04-05 tails on ebay or here on this site (For Sale Threads)

04-05 tails are really hard to get since so many people want them..check ebay every now and than or the forsale forums on this site. Putting in the 04-05s does require little modification to the wiring so if you arent up for that just get some 01-03 tails, they still look good....a lot better than what you have on now

ok im putting the stock tails on and i have a problem the reverse lights and break lights work (bottom) but the top of the tails dont light up?

yea i have to get that goo stuff before i get rid of the badge, he also had these gay chrome rusted type r foot pedals that i just took off, i will prolly get some nice carbon fiber sparco ones

hahaha lol before i bought it i made a list of what i was gonna take off the car lol but he was like 40 so i knew he didnt drive it hard and it was crazy clean, the car has one little scratch on the outside and its almost underneath. the interior is spotless

Looks like my car when I got mine....had the carbon fiber altezza's and wheels. Took me a LOT longer to get rid of the tails since it didn't come with the stock ones. Mine has come a long way here and there over the past 2 years.
