alternator fluid leaking

I got alternator fluid all over my engine compartment when my alternator just started smoking then caught on fire. is there anything I can do about this problem?

The closest fluid-filled component to the alternator....power steering reservoir maybe? You should check your power steering fluid level and if it's low you may have a cut hose to replace as well.

i hate it when that happens. make sure that when you replace your alternator that you drain and replace your turbo juice too. and if your hamster wheel bearings arent lubed right, they will sqweak and make the hamsters tired more quickly because of excess drag.
