you'd be amazed how much the proper alignment can do. it can turn a ho-hum handling car in to a turn machine. (or vice versa)
as far as any other mod, pick up some good adjustible dampers 1st.

I cant wait to get it on. I picked up the sway off a member from toronto civics club for $70 with the energy bushings but check clubrsx under the canada/east for sale section

the rear has -1.6 and 0 toe (the rear will tend to toe out under acceleration ect..)

best bang for the buck, handling wise. Koni sports, hands down. After that I'd run Tokico D-spec's. then maybe KYB's.
