I dont know but I think my car is a lemon, i dont know but everything is going wrong with it, i looked at the TSB and ihave like 10 common problems.
My tranny grinds from 2nd to 3rd, hard to put into 1st gear, grinds putting into reverse, trunk latch broke, window regulator broke for passenger side, my c.v. axle just broke, my clutch pedal squeaks and my clutch is going out

Rep Power: 0 My 04 grinds fron 2 to 3 also sometimes, and going into reverse. sometimes its hard for me to put it into first so i have to put it into fourth then first again haha. to help the grind going into reverse try putting it into 1st first then going to rev.
If its the clutch squeak that i think it is, its normal alot of people have the problem. i hear it on my Ek and Em
donno

Rep Power: 295 all the problems u listed are all common problems with the 7thgen....of course as your car is a newer model (meaning 04-05) it will have less problems...the 05's have the least ammount of problems

Rep Power: 399 You can't lemon a 2002 in 2006. You're already past the warranty period of the car, and the overwhelming majority of lemon laws require all the breaking to happen within the first 18 months or so. Look up the state lemon laws, but you're SOL. A bunch of TSBs doesn't warrant a lemon.
More specifically, here's Maryland's Lemon Law
Under the law, a car is considered a lemon if, during the 15-month/15,000 mile warranty period, a defect or condition that substantially impairs the use and market value of the car cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts. A "reasonable number of attempts" means once, in the case of the braking or steering system, and four times in the case of other defects.
