Yay i realized my dream and made my custom trunk. Took like 2 fulllll days but im so happy, night pics coming soon. and yes i still have my spare.
Let me kno what u THINK!
Oh and im a total newbie, my first thread, my "new" 2001 vic as of march, and my first audio setup so be gentle... YEACIN!

i would change the floor carpet to match the box cause the box matches the carpet on the sides and i like the darker color better, but im burnt out im gonna take a break for a bit, thanks for the input tho!

Rep Power: 289 you should black out the inside were the amp is... that wood color kinda thows it off... oither than that looking good also ive never heard of those speakers or amp.

you read my mind! thats exactly what im gonna do next, just paint the inside of that box black. oh and the subs and amp are EBAY BABY!
lol, yea i am very broke, ive had the subs and amp for like 3 years, just transferred them from my 88 teg into this car. got the subs and box for 200 and amp for 140 i think

Rep Power: 0 the amp is a lanzar, they are pretty decent, and the subs i have never seen before...would look tight with a whole wall of those red subs bangin...
im about to start a project in my trunk as well, just havent decided if i want to take out my spare or not, prolly will since imma do a bunch of fiberglass in it...

Rep Power: 787 i like it, but not the way that box looks with bare wood. Try and make a cardboard box for it and put carpet to make it look better from the top.

Rep Power: 0 actually i would place both in with the amp (paint the walls black), wire the neons to the trunk light so when u open the trunk boom.....red, and then i would get two more red ones and place them on the back sides of the box and wire them the same way that way ur whole trunk is red and no one sees neons sticking up
also make sure that box is secured to the back if not then u are goingt o get some slideing, and it could possibly break the neons (if u keep them where they are.
other than that i love how u kept the spare and made it easy to access! VERY NICE!
