That is a 6th gen sedan with an 99-00 Si front clip and Mugen lip. The fogs and grille are also non-stock.

Its a 6th gen sedan

One way to tell that no one mentioned is that 7th gens don't have side moldings that extend to the fenders.

We also don't have the antenna on the pillar.

ya that definitely is a 6th gen civic but there is sedan bumper that looks something like that for the 2001-03 and it will fit on the coupe. There are a couple of people with it on their vic, I've seen it on a black and a white one.
