i've been getting some attention when i'm driving with HID on the road.. some people walking on the side walk stare at me... i'm not sure if it's too bright or what...
but once i adjust it properly, i will be happy
i didn't install it myself because i'm only in town for the weekend and i don't have enough time to do it myself... but the guy who installed for me at the shop told me he has to do some rewiring and charged me extra for that... i can post the pics of where ballast sit later
but once i adjust it properly, i will be happy

yeah, just aim it down...the glare will make up for it being aimed lower
i don't think the law is gonna bother you unless they're bored.
edit: they're staring at you cuz HID's are h0t shi3tz0rz.

so the kit goes right in like you are putting in a new bulb. I have been negotiating getting HIDs for awhile but I didnt know how they would react if I put my stock housings back on with the cutoff and all. is that the cutoff from the stock housing or is it modified? sorry its 4:00 in the morning if im hard to understand.

they use different bulbs, and projectors aren't as bright as stock. Same when you add hid to them. Stock will be brighter unless you do a retrofit into projectors.

Just go here and read the HID faq's.
http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=1
Once you finish reading it, you will learn that putting hids in a halogen reflective headlight is bad. Just buy projectors and retro them into your headlights. There a lot of good DIY on there in how to do it.
I'm saving for a s2000 retrofit myself.
