Yea, i was under the impression that a good high quality "Colored" CF hood is hard to get? I dont know of anyone that makes it actually. WHat brand is yours?

evasive motorsports is who i bought it through. they outsource them from a company called carbon efx.

the hood is carbon/kevlar, which is BETTER than straight CF.
