i would get full coilovers because chances are you'll want to adjust them to how you like it. With springs you're stuck with how it looks.

full coilcover if u have enough MONEY
I have Tokico blues w/ H&R's on 205/405/17 I really like the drop, altho H&R states it is only 1.3'' drop (which doesn't look much) , but it looks very low once they're installed. I have 1 finger gap in the rear, 2 finger in the front.

i'd get coils, if ur getting springs I have sportlines and I love em
i threw on a octane (r34) complete body kit and I had to raise my car back up. I was something like half an inch off the ground with Progress springs on. The OEM aero kit is pretty low to the ground with Progress as well. Even though they say it's not that low in the specs, you can check out some of the pics in my ride and see how low it makes it with the OEM Aero.
FYI, if you go too low, changing a flat tire is a sunuvabitch. And if you try to take it some some places to change your oil, they won't do it if you're so low. Yeah, I usually do it myself anyway, but sometimes I just wanted to get it done on the run.....

i very seriously doubt they settled that low. I have the sportlines as well with 17's and they only settled to about 1.6-7 all around.
I recommend the Eibach Pro-kit or Tein SS

I have goldlines and after settling (which they claim the springs are guaranteed NOT to do) I have approximately a 2" drop all around (1/2 finger in front, barely a 1 finger in back). Previously I had H&R's with a 1.3" drop which I loved but regret buying because that drop didnt seem low enough for my taste.
I spent 1425 points to do this.

i think any spring will settle if youre still using oem struts and shocks. as they wear, and lose oil due to excess stress- they will continue to make ur car lower and lower until they are no use anymore.
am i wrong about this?
