Money to blow, need opinions

I might be coming into a lot of money in about a year+ (when I become a firemedic) and I was wondering... if I spent $25000, where should I put it?
Things I know I don't want are:

1)bodykit
2)nitrous
3)video

I'm going to swap in a RSX Type-R Engine/Tranny/Axles so that is less $6250

AMOUNT to work with: $18750

My GOAL is to make a solid daily driver that I can use for Autocross/ maybe Rally racing? (AWD conversion?) Oh well, I thought I'd consult the professionals in each of you to help me make a solid choice.

yeah, I found a way of cranking 450ish HP from the Type-R for roughly 10k.. suspension is probably gonna be another 2-3k so that would still leave 12k to pour into the car.

I want a car that faster than a stock IS/Supra for less...

engine, turbo (if you want)... suspension, weight reduction.. if you have 18,000 to work with, i would trade in the civic for a rear or awd drive car, maybe buy a evo/ sti/ s2000.. if your trying to auto cross

I've thought those over and technically if that was the case I would do it.. I think a turbo was in the 450hp project but I don't want one that's too big because I don't drag... err... I hate the longer spool up time. Was thinking of a supercharger but haven't found any.

Well for that price, just get the cybernation kit for the k20 (pick whatever stage you want they all spool pretty quickly).
full engine build (pistons and such come w/the kit)
new throttle body
remove ac
I'd go nx ntercooler spray
Brembos.
Tien coils with the fdic
Some lightweight 16s or 17s
Weight reduction.
Upgrade your clutch w/lightened fly
Every sway/strut/tie bar you can think of
You could consider seam welding the chassis
Cf hood and trunk
maybe relocate your gas tank to the trunk for better weight distribution as well as the battery
racing seats with a four point harness
all the necessary gauges
the list goes on..

nice, you're helping me with a plan. I don't think I want to mess with the gas tank or AC but I might get an Optima battery for lighter weight, I want this car to look stock on the interior as well (except for ugraded interior/new seats). Yeah, I guess I'll have to include gauges as well for the turbo... cybernation kit.. gonna look that up.

Hows 254hp and ALOT more torque sound with an RSX Type-S swap?
