There must be something about the left one...

My left TYC fogs up sometimes and there is also something about Supra left headlights that always fog up too...

when i first did my lights they fogged up so i resealed them. the trick is not to use a ton of silicone but to spread the silicone evenly where the leans and the housing come together.

first i put a good thick strip of silicone on the light where it comes together, then i dipped my fingers into some water and used them to smear the silicone evenly over the surface. i did this all around the light and no more fog ::knock on wood::

just take your time and dont be afraid to get a little messy with the silicone

When I cleared my OEMs, they NEVER leaked, it was amazing. Too bad those got thrased in my wreck a while back

I am going to reseal my TYC's myself...

I had to repaint my headlights a week ago or so....Do yourself a favour, grab some spring clamps from your local hardware store. Open your headlights, do your clearing/painting, then when you put the halves back together, stick the whole assembly in the oven for 2 minutes at 350F. Then take it out and use the clamps to squish the two halves back together. THEN run some sealant. I used to use MONO Ultra but I found it shrank and caused a few huge holes. Now I use that Permatex Grey Gasket Maker stuff.
