Painting Trim Pieces
okay..sry guys lol.i have a quick question..i already found the diy on painting the center console piece..but how would u go about paintin the piece that holds the vents on both the driver's and passengers side? thanx

Wrap a rag or piece of cloth around the flathead so you don't damage anything in the process. As for paint, I recommend Krylon Fusion - sticks to plastic very well.
If you're using Fusion, make sure the surface to paint is clean (mineral spirits?) then very light sanding. You can pretty much paint right onto the part right after. If you're using a different paint (I use Duplicolor Metalcast on my insides) then you'll need primer.

yeah they just pop out. i used automotive paint and put a pearl in itso you know im flossin.haha. just got to a paint store and you can get automotive paint for cheaper than you think and it looks so much better.(i used to have mine spray painted) so if you know someone with a paint gun go for it, or go to a shop i guess but im surethey will charge way to much
