What to include on a Show Card for your ride?

Going to enter my first show this coming weekend on the 17th and 18th in Toronto. Darknights Nationals is a pretty damn big event and I'm getting pretty excited. uggg..so much to do.

Point of this thread. I wanted to make up a show card for my car but I don't really know what I should include on it or how I should set it up.

Does anyone have any ideas or even have a card they can post?

Include the things you have and include a bunch of things you dont have that you can't see.

Say you have head work, RSX injectors.... stuff like that. Dont forget to include that you use synthetic oil for a 2 horse power boost.
