Foggy Headlight...

I recently painted the housing of my OEM headlights, and it was raining a few days ago, and now my passenger side headlight is foggy. What is the name of the black stuff I have to put there to keep this from happening again? Thanx so much.

Just reopen the headlights and put clear bathroom waterproof silicon.

when i cleared mine i didnt use anything and it has been raining like hell here and mine hasnt fogged up. i just put it back together and pushed the tar back over the seams.
