thats jacked man i have had a similar incident happen on another forum. they guy sent the item but it was nothing like the pictures or the description. it was a t3 turbo that was supposed to have no shaft play and 5k miles. i got it and it was soo rusted i couldnt even get the thing apart. looked like it had more like 500,000k on it. shaft was looser then a tj hooker and it was missing ghe ring clips and wastegate assembly. when i approached him abou tit it was a huge fiasco and all he did was justify his actions and he is in fricking new hampshire i am in cali so i am not flying to NH just to stomp someone over a couple hundy.

well cause:
A. those are not screws or bolts, those are holes....
B. not Rice unless it was a very tasteless universal wing
C. like Gearbox said, it was dark and not very noticable until you said it more clearly.
D. that read more along the lines of something you should have said to yourself, not typed.
