If the frame isn't bent...
the seriously dont go around yelling that the car will never be the same.
it will be the same otherwise, just buy oem parts and fix the dented ones.
most of the time lawsuits dont get anywhere and itll be years before you see $. the legal system isnt an instantaneous fix. it isnt like oh man i got hit! then you file a lawsuit, and have $ in your pocket the next day. most of the time it isnt worth a suit just because of incredibly high lawyers fees.
i see on the board everyone yelling "LAWSUIT!!!11" when in reality its not that easy.
oh and btw, if the frame is bent, just chuck the car cause even with a precision machine to rebend the frame, it will never ever be the same.
