I Was In My Car And I Was Driving Down This Hill Doing Liek 40 (the Speed Limit) And I Was IN The Far right Lane And There Was A Guy IN A Monte Carlo SS Dale Earnhardt Edition (which he tried to argue about with me even though i see one of those every 2 feet) And He Was Like The Left lane going into my lane when i was like right there anyways... i (having an lx w/o ABS) Slammed On The Brakes But my car locked up and hit his drivers side at an angle and he pushed me up and over the curb, which popped both my tires and cracked my 2 front rims, and the *******s mirror hit mine and mine came off came in the window and hit me in the left side of my face i ended up in someones flower bed in the front of their house With my whole drivers side mangled like someone hit it with a sledgehammer like 50 times no mirror on the drivers side 2 flat tires 2 cracked rims leaking fluids over 7k worth of damage to hear the cop say tht it looks like my fault and tht i was distracted when i was paying perfect attention to the rode its just w/o ABS my car wouldnt stop and skidded the whole way so now i have to wait to hear if i have to pay for it now but my intake and exhaust are still good Thank God

intake and exhaust should run you no more than 600 bucks, you said 7k worth of damage, f**k the intake and exhaust lol Sorry to hear that, I have an LX too, no ABS, so i got xdrilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads, my braking is def better, like night and day between what I have now and what I had stock.

I'm glad I bought my EX w/abs. I wish the 7thgen LX who rearended me had abs, then maybe he would have been able to stop.

Dang, that sucks. I've had trouble braking with my Mother's 2k2 coupe LX. That explains why I can't brake as well as when I'm in my 2k2 EX. Sorry to hear that it happened period. Sounds as if Luckily, you or any one weren't hurt. That's a plus.

You shouldn't have to pay for anything you had the right of way. 7 grand worth of damage!!! Thats around half the value of the car. They might total it and then you can get something else.

Hell ya, 5spds are way more fun then autos...........until u get into traffic on the freeway. And then when that happens you get off the freeway and fly through the backroads
