Correct. Adding all the electronics and making them functional before I throw everything together. Next up is the HKS fuel management system.

Kudos. . . that's a hella clean concept you've got going on, there. And aside from some people giving you grief about adding that stuff before the turbo kit goes in, I can totally relate to your reasoning. Getting all the management stuff in there prior to the engine work isn't a bad idea at all. Can't wait to see the snail under the hood, though.

what do turbo timers do? i noticed in pic 1 how it was blue and obviously your car was running because your cd player was on, but in pic 2 when its red your cd player isnt on and it says something. and it count downs to turn your engine off? what if u just turn it off with the key? also how did u hook up a turbo timer if u dont have ur turbo yet.

The timer counts down after you turn the car off. It keeps the engine running. You don't need a turbo to have the timer. That's why most timers are also used for NA apps. Look in my sig for the link to my turbo timer DIY to see why you don't need a turbo for the install.

Thanks Smokie - 100% correct. After my fuel system is done I can put the turbo on. BTW, according to the HKS unit, my 0-100Kmh (62mph) time is 7.6 seconds. It's wired into my speed sensor wire, crankshaft position wire (rpm), parking brake, and obviously the ignition system. A standard formula could get some pretty close times using the speed sensor. I hope start running better times with practice. The unit does other accel. times too.
