hey all!
hey all!
whatsup guys, i was referred here by a fellow XceedSpeed guy.basically, for now at least, i drive a 2003 Dakota SXT, but it is for sale. PM for details on that if intrested. but back to the point. i'm a porter at brown honda here in toledo. so that means i get a discount on the cars.
i was originally thinking about getting a new accord coupe 5-speed, but then i figured out it'd be to much money for me. so i've decided that if i cant sell my truck by the end of july, i'm just going to trade it in on a 2003 HX coupe, black, a/c, 5-speed, w. keyless entry. should run me about $13,000. i was thinking mods wise i want to get an intake, exhaust, strut/sway bars and suspension, tires, carbon hood, and possibly nitrous if i can get that injector connector kit when the warranty needs to save me. anything you guys reccomend? let me know.

ya, i think if i were to do nitrous, it'd be about a 55shot max, just to beat up those pesky si's, lol. the reason why i asked on the intake/exhaust combo is because i dont really want a boosted car. i'm weird like that. adn the reason for the HX is because it's the most appealing to me(alloys, vtec-e, good trim, and 44mpg helps). i hate getting 15mpg with my truck, its not worth it anymore. all i really use my truck for is to drive back and forth to work. i think the only time i've used the bed was to haul a couch my drunken friends decided on stealing from a curb and put a nice big scratch on the bed rail.
and its only a single cab too, and i've always loved taking my friends around with me, plus its fun to mess with them when thier drunk and you're the DD

ahh I see....there's alot of good nitrous kits out now, just gotta do some research....BTW do you know that our intake manifolds is made out of plastic....the HX should be the same....just to let you know man....
Here on Maui we got alot of WRX's that raise hell on us.....the SI's don't really do much but cruise around.....thats why i'm throw'in a turbo in mine....
