how many inches off the ground?
me and my friend have 225/50/16s on our 01 civics... no rubbing at all. we are both 7 inches off the ground. how about you all? we seemed propped up a lil. from fender to ground, we measure 26 inches.
i've got 215/45/17 and about a 2" drop on goldlines. i have mad rubbing when i take a turn with any speed. i can turn the wheels all the way and granny it around, but if i go with some speed it'll rub like it's going to catch fire.
edit: this should probably go in suspension or wheels/tires/brakes

i have 215/45/17!!! big *** tires.. with progress springs drop. i think its 1.75 inch drop. so far i have no rubbing. and the rear wheels tuck a lil bit but do not rub. the rear wheels also suffer from negative camber. the rear wheels not rubbing might be, becuase of the negative camber they have. i sure hope once i correct the camber it doesnt rub
If you correct the camber, depending on how low you are it's gonna rub for sure. Your chances of rubbing decrease depending on how stiff your springs are, too.
Just get the fenders chopped.

with my kit on (its sitting under my bed not painted right now, but i have held the pieces up to my car to measure) i will be roughly 2-2.5inches off the ground. I have TEIN coilovers on the lowest setting, with 205/40 17" rims. The front is a RS type B, and the sides are WW G5, waiting to find a good deal on WW G5 rear, then off to get it painted.
As a side note...is $200 shipped a good price for the G5 rear lip unpainted? I think it is...just wanted to run it by you guys first.

i've compared my stock wheels which are 185/65/15, and they're a bit bigger than 205/40/17 cause of the fat tires! my stock wheels is just a little bit smaller than 225/40/18... and 215/45/17 is about the same as stock... so 215/45/17 would rub if it was dropped 2.25"
cause mine's about a 2 inch drop and it's pretty flushed... except the back seems a little tucked...
and oh, i'm on stock wheels (185/65/15)
front bumper is 7"
left and right side 7"
rear bumper is 10"
all my fenders are 24" of the ground

im on 17"s with 205/40/17 and all of my ties are tuckedunder the fender lip a little. im going to have to roll them because the other day i had four passengers plus me and it was close to ruining my tire even with the konis at the firmest setting
