DO I NEED A CAMBER KIT?

I JUST PUT 215 40 17 ON MY 02 CIVIC EX. I AM GOING TO LOWER ABOUT 2 INCHES. DO I NEED TO INSTALL A CAMBER KIT, ALSO WHAT IS BETTER TO USE SPRINGS OR COILOVERS.
