Problem with Tein spring

Just lower the 02 Civic. And I'm have some issue on the left front driver side. Did everything right to the point of installing. But can't figure out what is wrong. Everytime it roll, it making some clank sound. when you step on the brake you can feel it too when slow down. Anyone in here have an idea? And does tein have this problem? Or is it just Tein spring itself?....Please help if you can.

"Everytime it roll" everytime you drive the car????
does it sound like some metal is hitting metal? it it when you go over bumpy road? cause it could be 1) spring isolators werent used 2) the top nut wasnt bolted down all the way 3) the top perch wasnt aligned right.
when you step on the brake you can feel it? feel what? steering wheel shakes?

All of the above question you ask...when step on brake, or when you just turn the steering wheel. Don't shake. But you can feel like the Metal to metal. When turn, you will hear. Clank, clank clank. But when you roll you don't really hear it.

Oh we double check the whole thing. We even did it twice. Took it apart and re-assemble it. Every bolt is bolt on to the max.

2002 civic? sounds like you aren't using the bearing ring-- read this:

it's very easy to forget to use the bearing ring on the 2002 model.. it almost looks like it's a part of the spring cap.

Thanks for the Info. I'll see what I can do with it. Would it also be the spring itself. I added an extra rubber to the bottom of the spring and it was better. but still when I turn the wheel without being in motion. It still make that clank sound. I was hoping not to take it apart again. But I guess I will have to.

Thankz Again...

"but still when I turn the wheel without being in motion. It still make that clank sound"
its cause the springs themselves are twisting... if you jack up the car and turn the wheel it probably wont make that noise cause the springs arent preloaded much....
you probably didnt install the top rubber peice correctly. you know the rubber peice the spring goes into. one side should be narrower than the other. the end of the spring should go on the narrow side.
