Question Question about raising a car temporarily

I posted this question long ago but it got no attention, so here I am a year later. I am wondering if there is a product that i can insert between the coils of my springs to raise my car like maybe an inch or so, without having to adjust the coilovers. every couple months i take my car to get an oil change and i've always had to spend like an hour raising it so it'd fit on the ramp.

when i had to drive my car up on some car stands i had to drive them onto a couple pieces of wood about 2-3 inches tall then onto the stands, worked fine. didnt rub, didnt scrape.

I'm thinking if i can get ahold of some very strong material, I can wedge it between the coils to keep them from compressing completely when the car is on the ground. i doubt they'd slide out for the 8 miles they'd be on my car. besides, as long as the car is putting all that pressure on it, it shouldnt budge anyway

well why add things to your springs.. just use 2 peices of wood and make the angle of the ramp smaller.. get it?
if not just take your car to the oil change place, jack the car up, stick wood ships in between the spring coils. wouldnt recommend you drive 8 miles with them in...
