By lowering your car with performance springs, your camber on the wheels are usually negative. Stock rear camber is already negative, means the upper port of wheel and pointing towards the car and look a lil bit slanted. When camber degree is 0, means the wheel is upright, not slanted. Negative camber improves cornering but however alos can produce uneven wear on your tires.
I have lowered my Eclipse, EX, WRX and EX, and never got camber kit, becuz I didn't need them. The slight negative camber were just fine and if you have performance tires, they should last somewhat longer than your stock tires. Check tirerack.com, they sell Eibach camber adjustment kit. Installation for camber kit is about one hour of labor charge.
