Ractive installation problem

I just bought a Ractive strut tie bar for my 2002 civic coupe, but it doesnt seem to fit right into the nuts... I called up nopi.com and they said it's suppose to fit. Mine only has two holes in it, does anyone know if this is the right product? or maybe i just dont know how to install it right. Im thinking it suppose to fit into at least two of the bolts and fit into that round ring. Anyone else encountered the same thing and remedied the problem? pLease let me know

Well, that sucks because I've purchased stuff from nopi before and I've been pretty happy with them. TThe good thing is that I was thinking of getting that same strut tower bar, cause it wasn't all that expensive. But now after hearing about the drama with these Ractive bars, forget it. This is good sh*t to know. I hadn't found anyone who purchases from Nopi beside me. I think i'll go have to go with the Neuspeed or the DC one now. More money, but worth it to fit right. And a different company.

Good idea, I just got the neuspeed strut bar for the front and the lower rear from tornative.com I live in costa mesa, so it delivered in like 2 days. Also their website is nicely organized with status check and shipping track numbers. I just now received my return FedEx thing from them after 2 weeks, and it'll probably take me another month before they credit back my money.

If u want to see my strut bars u can check them out at www.xanga.com/troutatious
