Need help fast!!!

I just got my skunk 2 coilovers and I'm trying to put them on my koni yellows, but for some reason, the front sleeve doesn't seem to fit over the top of the coil-over?!?!? Please help!!!

Well I finally got it done, had to use sand paper and grind a bit of the top of the shock.
