suspension question
i know i want my tires to last.....
but seeing that i have to spend about $200 for a camber kit
and possibly another $100 for an alignment
can i get away with not getting a camber kit and just
pay for a lifetime alignment......
what should i do?
i would like to spend my money on an intake instead of
buying a camber kit and just get an alignment.....
let me know what you guys think....
thanks

For sure if you want your tires to last you'll have to align the car after a drop ....anyway you have to do it without a drop sometime....!!!!!!
100$ for alignment heyyyyyyyy in here we have electronics alignment for 40$ ( can ) cheapper in us dollar tho....hey that's not that expensive!!!! You can't pay for a lifetime alignment...this is something you normally have to do to a car when driving it daily!!!
If you don't want to put a camber kit I know that you can put some gold line springs I have them on my car and don't have a camber kit and the result of the aligment was everything ok perfect on front and rear wheel!!! Maybe there is some other springs that you can use without camber kit but can't tell you...I experienced gold line and find them just perfect!!!!

where you from and where you getting these prices?
camber kit can be found for 125 shipped at groupbuycenter.com
alignment is about $55
i have neuspeed sports and havnt gotten a camber kit or alignment. whether this is ok or not is another thing tho... i know with the prokit, you dont need a camber kit but alignment is still recommended. and why spend $200 when you cant even tell the car is lowered with the prokit.

Right, it all depends on how much you drop, what setup you use, etc. You can go an inch or inch and a half sithout a kit. and have the alignment checked. If they can align without a kit, then you don't need one. I had Eibach ProKit and Konis installed, and the car lined up just fine with no kit. The alingment only cost $29.00.
The guy also does free tire rotation and balance every 5000 miles on the tires I bought from him.
