skunk2 coilover..

anybody get the skunk2 coilovers yet are they any good...I am thinking on getting them along with the skunk2 strut bar and rear lower tie bar....let me know

They are stiffer than the ground controls too. GCs have a more streetable ride.

I have skunk2s. I love them. I have had them for about 2 months no problems. I even installed them myself with konis.

Are they to stiff to be good for a daily driver? I drive about 60 miles a day.. but I want the option to lower my ride when I get my wheels.

They are pretty stiff, but its not that bad. I drive my car for work alot....1000 miles in a week. I love mine.

If owners are saying that the Skunk2's are stiff without Koni's, they're going to feel more stiff with Koni's because of the additional dampening.

For design's sake, mechanically speaking, the GC's are a better set-up. You only have 1 ring to adjust and it locks onto the threaded sleeve by tightening an allen bolt. If people are complaining about noise, see my thread in this forum titled "Solution to GC noise".
