Installing 22mm rear anti sway bar.

Just one question. Is it alright to install the rear-anti sway bar without a tie bar? I know a tie bar is recommended with that size anti sway bar but it should arrive some time next week like Monday or Wednesday. I'm just curious.

Should I go ahead and put it on or wait for the tie bar to get here first?

JDM 22mm DC5R rear anti sway bar. No tie bar package.

The tie bar I ordered is the one from ProCarParts.com.

So should I put it on? Or should I wait?

i duno. as long as u dont do any hard cornerings... the subframe shouldn't just rip in a day or two...

but I guess its easier.. so u can put it all on at once.. dont need to jack the car up and down... unless u dont mind.

Heh, well... it got put on. I couldn't help but try it...

And...this mod is the shyt.

I can't believe how capable the car is able to make turns at ANY speed. The rear suspension is incredibly stiff. SO much fun going on on-ramps.

It looks like I'm gonna have to calm it down a bit though until I DO get the tie bar.

I gotta ask... how come? I remember some people saying that 19mm was enough. I chose the 22mm because I just wanted the chassis to be as stiff as possible. I wish i could do some nice comparisons of the two.

If you're gonna get it, get it ASAP. ClubRSX gets a limited supply at the beginning of every month.
