Torque of front and rear shock tower nuts after new springs

I had a eibach sportline kit installed a while back and was putting on a front sway bar and noticed that the torque on the nuts was at about 50 ft/lb. That doesn't seem correct, did they over torque the bolts or do you have to torque them down tighter with a different set of springs?

What about the rears, I haven't checked them yet but should they be torqued a bit tighter? All the searching I did came up with 33 ft/lb for the front, but didn't specify if that was with or without stock springs. what about the rears?

if its 33lbs/ft with stock it should be 33lbs/ft with any other set of springs
