Re: lower my 04 civic help
Tein H.Tech or Eibach Pro-Kit springs would give a nice slight drop in the 1 inch range, if your struts are getting older then you might want to consider upgrading to tokico hp struts as well.

Re: lower my 04 civic help
You'll likely need to replace them soon, so I would get the struts now to save install time and on the cost of a second alignment. Ebay is the least expensive place to buy tokico hp struts in my experience.

Re: lower my 04 civic help
Skunk2 has one of the worst reputations of any suspension manufacturer on the market, they've earned the nickname "junk2".
You could go with 1.5 inch lowering springs, like Eibach Sportlines, Tein S.Tech or H&R springs if you want to go lower. Once you cross the 1.5 inch threshold lowering a car becomes more complicated and much more expensive.

Re: lower my 04 civic help
So a 1 inch drop is efficient visual noticeable ? I think it's a enough of a drop but can't say for sure having no experience in this world.
So i guess the question now is 1 inch drop or 1.5

Re: lower my 04 civic help
Tein S tech + Tokiko shocks = Done deal
Complete 1.5" drop & noticeable
Skunk2 is only good if you go with their exhausts, their coilovers are rough as hell, and it feels like i break my spine riding in my buddy's GSR

Re: lower my 04 civic help
like kenny said, can't go wrong with tein s-techs with tokico blues.. Eibach is good, too
here's what a 1.3"/1.4" F/R drop looks like (tein s-techs on tokico blues, to be exact)

Re: lower my 04 civic help
Yup, those sound good.
Getting a camber kit is definitely a good idea and will save you the expense of a second alignment later on if you do need one.

Re: lower my 04 civic help
feel free to check back in when your products arrive; if they are in good shape and not knock offs I'd be interested to know which store sold 'em on eBay!
