Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
Ive done the research on the forum but no one has pics on Neuspeed sports for a coupe installed in a sedan. Everyone seems to think that the coupe will drop the sedan's rears a little lower. That would be wicked if anyone has a pic. I have eibach sportlines and that rear sag is a bit of an eyesore...

supposedly coupe springs on sedan will sag in the rear, but when i got aftermarket shocks rated for a lowered car, it made everything the same height. i have eibach prokit (coupe only) and tokico hp shocks and i have 2 finger gap all around on my sedan. with prokit and good oem shocks, the front was 3 finger gap and the rear was slammed with no gap.

Springs don't sag period. I hate when people use the term sag. Springs are designed for a specific car weight. If you put it on another car that weighs more, then obviously it'll go lower.
Its like throwing 200 lbs of anything in your trunk, will it not go lower? People with subs, does the rear of their cars not go lower?
If you are worried about the rear going lower than the front, get GC's at least. I'd recommend coilovers, but it doesn't seem like you'd want to go that route since you are only asking about springs.
To the OP, do you have sub(s) in the trunk, or do you carry anything with some weight in the rear, like the golf clubs in your trunk?
I used to have neuspeed sports on my coupe, and yes the rear was lower than the front due to having a sub. Although, I took the sub box out one day, and it gave the car an even gap all around.

I had Neuspeed Sports made for a coupe on my sedan, and I had two ten
inch subs in the trunk, and my car sagged a bit, so I upgraded to TEIN basics,
and I LOVE' EM.

To the OP, just buy eibach springs. Neuspeed springs are POS.

progressive springs ftw. and i think shocks sag not spring. if the spring sagged, you have serious problems lol

Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
Then after that the whole left side would sag. To the point where its definately noticable. THe left side was probably front 2.0 and 1.75 rear and the right was still 1.75 and 1.5 rear.
Anyways i took them off and put on the tein basics. The springs on the basics were a lot stiffer then the neuspeed springs. I remember when i took them off the neuspeed springs would bounce like a slinky.

Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
good to know. glad i went with eibach, its been 4 years at least and my drop is still 1 inch all around. theyre a bit rusty but so were the stockers.
Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
I'm thinking of raising my car back to stock height but found Tokiko had a blue HP kit that lowered the car 1" all around from stock height. Currently it is sitting on H&R sport springs on stock shocks and is lowered 1.5". It actually look lowered to almost 2". Anyways, the question I'm wondering if 1" drop with the tokiko kit be more than 1" drop or going to be dead on. Does anyone use this kit on there 01 civic sedan? Any suggestions?

Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
hmm ive never heard of the tokico kit. i thought it was only the shock. they make an adjustable i think too called d-spec, but ive never heard of them making full coilovers.
Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
Hi, i have neuspeed sport springs on my 04 sedan since last summer, the drop was perfect with stock shocks, but last week i put some Biltsein shocks and now the rear of the car is too high in comparison with the front, its like if the new shocks are so stiff that it put the car higher, what should i do, put some eibach???

Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
well new performance shocks will raise the car yes. when you say the rear is too high, what does that mean exactly? front and rear should be the same height above the wheel. if its not, you have a problem with your springs, as stated before the neuspeed have issues. oem shocks usually do not work well and will sag in the rear on a lowered car when blown.
Re: Neuspeed Sport (coupes for a sedan)
When i say the rear is too high, before i put my bilstein the wheel gap was like 1 finger front and rear and my oem shocks was blown, now its 1 and a half finger in front and 2 and a half near 3 finger in the rear, my car look like a dodge neon
!!!. Its like if the neuspeed sport were designed to be used with oem shock.
But if i change my springs for eibach i dont want it does the same thing, and i cant find any people with an 01-05 sedan on bilstein and eibach springs
