today i payed a company to move my apt to a townhouse... i was mentioning that i wanted to lower my car an inch, and he said he knows a way for 40 bucks. so I was all ears... turns out, at least of what i understood; basically he was saying to put spring compressors on them while they're still on the car and leave them on
. I was thinking in my head... that's not what those are for.

i know right, that seems really really dangerous. i mean why not just buy the lowering springs if i was gonna do that, because i'm sure it would ruin the stock shocks just as fast.

ok.... this started as a joke... now i'm seriously thinking of doing something stupid to my springs... nah i can wait for the new shocks and springs.

cutting the springs or heating them up isnt bad IF you know what youre in for...
but for the most part, you need to get properly engineered springs...

this thread gets better and better. ah screw it i'm just gonna fill my radiator half way full of lead and put a few bags of concrete in my trunk and slam my junk to the ground.

while i was installing my s techs i wondered if you could cut the stock springs. so i tried took about an inch and a half off measuring vertically. but the rears wouldnt line up in the seat. so i didnt even try the front
