is this a decent deal
is this a decent deal
I asked my local import shop for a quote on a tokico hp suspension kit, they said it would be $565 (Canadian). The parts guy told me they are a k-sport dealer and could give me a k-sport coilover assembly for 899.99 as opposed to the regular 1300 (they didn't say what assembly but im assuming the Kontrol) im not sure if the extra 300 dollars is really worth it I won't be dropping it much because of the roads around here, maybe 1 -1.5 inches. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated, my car is an 02 Es1 (Lx sedan)

thats what I was thinking... would I need a camber kit or not for that slight drop? if so, that would jack the tokico cost up to around the coilover (which supposedly have camber adjustment within the assembly)

My area is shitty and I have coilovers... the main difference is that coilovers are adjustable- adjustable to fit the driving conditions.

the roads are good just there are a lot of big speed bumps especially coming into the university. We can also get a fair bit of snow here so I don't really want to be plowing it with my front lip.... with coil overs I guess i could drop it lower in the summer and raise it for winter
