I have used these exact ones from summit on my jic for over two years. They work well when greased and clean. As they get dirty the noises slowly come back. I have to clean and regrease every month or two and every time it rains as well.
When I originally installed I tried them on top, on bottom, and both top and bottom. Only installed on the bottom worked to stop binding.
