okay i lowered my car right with skunk2 coilovers (sleeves) with stock struts. and i had them for like almost a year now and i noticed now that whenever i jacked up the car i see the black round thing that the bearings sits in, is not staying up anymore,my bearings ***** are gone too. one side does and the other side is just sitting on the coilovers. is that bad? and im thinking about getting new coilovers(full) is that black thing important.

if your ball bearing are gone....damn!

im thinking of getting megans full coilovers or tein basic..so do i need the black round thing when i get them?

the black thin u talkin about i assume is dust cover, it protect the duct gets in to the sliver parts of the shock .. well.. if u r gettin full coilover .. get Tein .. trust me TEIN !!!

oh no its not the dust cover. the dust cover i had to cut off so the coilover sleeves would fit. the black thing im speaking of is the the thing that holds the silver ball bearings.
