i have 2 questions.

1. i dont know if this is okai or not but i lowered my car on some non full skunk2 coilovers 5-6 months ago. the front left and right gap is 2 fingers and the rear are 1 finger gap. is that bad or good ...?

2. the driver side coilover is making some clunking sound whenever i drive over a small bump or uneven road. the sound is like the springs are moving around and knocking into things or its bouncing up and down and hitting the top iono how to describe it but i hope someone know what im talking about.

Re: i have 2 questions.

non full coilovers? uh.... so you got coilover sleeves? if you did, anything over 1.5inches require aftermarket shocks to cope with it. alot of people have blown their stock struts and alot havent. it varies.

is it only the driver side coilover? how many miles do you have on your car? what was included with your coilover sleeves when you got them?

Re: i have 2 questions.

1) The drivers side is heavier so you can't lower it as much as the passenger side.

2) Get under the car at look at coilovers.

Did you just compress, "I don't know" into a single word?

Re: i have 2 questions.

check the top of the strut tower in your engine bay, and make sure the middle bolt is tight. (going to need an hex key and a wrench to tighten it)
mine was loose and it made its weird sound every time i went over a bump or something
