Rear Konis?

Rear Konis?
soo i got rear konis off a member on this site... went to install the rears but there was a part that wouldnt fit on the koni strut... it looks like a long metal peice that goes into the rod that holds up the other parts? i dunno what to do. if anyone has pics of koni's disassemble and show me would be great. thanks!
