front struts clicking?

front struts clicking?
So I installed a set of skunk2 springs on a 2002 civic ex coupe. and.. after i finished, i took it around the block and it started clicking. like everytime i turn the wheel, its making a clicking noise. im not sure if its the strut tower or something else. is there a way of fixing this?
