Tein S. Tech springs question
Are these for the coupe AND sedan? All of the sites dont really say anything different about them, but just wanted to make sure before i buy
I just got the S. techs for my sedan. The guy told me there wasn't a difference. They fit on my car. But you DO NEED a camber kit. My rear camber was really bad. The front wasn't as bad but you need a complete kit.

no ****ing way thats another 200...doesnt an alignment usually take care of that
If you want to keep your tires then you will get a camber kit. If you do not want to get a camber kit then get the H-techs or the Eibach pro kit. Anything over a 1.25" drop needs a camber kit. If you do not get a camber kit then your tires will only last about 2500 or 3000 miles. After you get the camber kit then you can get it aligned.
The S tech springs are for the coupe. The sedan obviously has a heavier *** end and the s techs werent designed to handle it. Sure, theyll work, but theyre going to sag like crazy. I had them on my coupe and I didnt like how much lower the rear was than the front, and once they settle, its going to be worse on your sedan.

^This is correct. I would not put them on a sedan, unless you are a fan of the *** sag. LOL

you asked for them. you said you didnt want your car sitting at ride height. and actually, I did tell you they were for a coupe and not a sedan and that it was going to sit lower in the back. I guess you didnt hear me. besides, even if you did hear, you still wouldve had me put them on.

of course it wont sag in the back for you. you got springs that were rated for a heavier rear end on your light rear end, your car just want drop as low in the back.

as far as camber kits go- you dont exactly need one- if you can get everything dialed out with the stuff thats on your car already then more power to your mechanic. But he probably wont be able to after a certain point so bamb, thats when you need a camber kit.
Man.. wasnt there a sticky on "DO I NEED A CAMBER KIT?" in the suspension forum?
