Quick question regarding my konis

So I am lowered on Koni yellows and Goldline springs. Everything has been good for the last 3 months they have been on. Well I took my car in a couple days ago to get my wheels rotated and balanced, now my front passenger side its making some creaking/popping sounds wheen turning the wheels while not moving or moving slowly.

Is there anything I can do to stop it? They were pretty quick with my car, no joy rides or anything. I have had my car lifted up since the suspension has been on, so I dont see why it would be different this time.

Thanks

check to make sure the spring is seated
Do you have spring wraps on the springs to limit noise?

Check the bearings on the upper mount. Mine makes a noise simmilar and thats the part thats bad (I havent fixed it because I'm replacing the whole upper mount soon enough)

Thanks for the quick replys. What exactly would I be checking with the bearings on the upper mount?

And what are spring wraps? I've never heard of those before. I guess the name is discription enough, but have never heard of them.

If something is getting lose that can't be good. What all should I check to make sure everything is safe and tight??

I am still a noob when it comes to suspension, but I would like to learn the in's and out's. I had a shop install the konis so not really to familier with them. I did the spring install with a friend when I was on stock struts.

If you even had a pic that would help a lot, but I am sure I can figure it out with a decent description. Thanks again

1st - check all bolts to see if they are tight
2nd - check the upper mount (the mount that is under your hood and on top of the shock). There are bearings in there that allow the shock to spin when the steering rack is turned. They may be worn, dirty, or just need some lube.

3rd - coilwrap or spring wrap is used on progressive springs because they tend to bind up. It is just an insulator that keeps the coils from rubbing against each other. I posted it on the forum awhile ago so do a quick search.
